The diversity of MKA stamping abilities from 1 T to 250 T offers, most economical and efficient solution to produce parts with large quantities. Generally quantities above 3000 are best to produce with stampings and with maximum efficiency. As to make it, as a full service manufacture, we can also design and make tooling’s/fixtures, progressive dies, Stage tooling and a bit of automation whenever required.

The operational expertise such as Blanking, Piercing, Coining, Drawing, Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, In-Die Tapping, Flaring and Forming can answer requirement of any stamping job. This option enhanced further, when we used stamped parts for value added assemblies, by adding, pems, rivets, hardware, spot welds and welding whenever needed.
